Janaki Velmurugan is Bioinformatics Postdoc who’s role within FGx will be as the bioinformatic lynch-pin of the UK Research and Innovation Musculoskeletal Functional Genomics Initiative Cluster. Co-ordinating and integrating the analysis of genetic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and imaging data, using conventional analyses and machine learning, to provide new evidence of pathogenicity of proteins and pathways across MSK diseases.
