Rachael is a Postdoctoral Bioinformatician in the Data Coordination Centre. She will aid in the analysis of functional genomics datasets generated across the Initiative to improve our understanding of how genetic variation drives human physiology.
Rachael’s previous research has focused on the expression of retrotransposable elements in cancer. Rachael’s PhD research is aimed to identify novel cancer-specific antigens and novel biomarkers of disease presence.
