Starr is the Senior Project Manager for the UK Human Functional Genomics Initiative, and is based at the University of Exeter as part of the Coordination Hub. She works closely with the director, clusters and partners, taking a central role in steering activity, developing programmes, and ensuring the initiative is working collaboratively and effectively.
